Something not working?

Write to us and a person reads it. Below that, the things you can do yourself without waiting for one.

Write to us

support@climbkaizen.com

It is one person, so it is not instant. Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. If it is about a specific session or workout, the date is enough for us to find it.

There is a faster way from inside the app. The butterfly, beside the navigation on the web and in the account sheet on the phone, sends a report with a screenshot or a recording if you want to attach one. Nothing from your check-ins or your cycle rides along with it.

Things you can do yourself

  • Export everything. Preferences, in the app. CSV or JSON, one press, whether or not you are paying. Your log is yours and it leaves whenever you want it to.
  • Delete your account. Preferences, on the phone and on the web, or the delete-account page. It removes the account and its data. If you would rather a person did it, write to us.
  • Delete body measurements or cycle data on their own, without deleting the account. Preferences, each separately.
  • Reset a password. The sign-in page, under the password field.
  • Cancel a subscription. In the United States, on your subscription page in the app. Everywhere else, at link.com, where your receipts come from.

The fine print, in plain places

  • Privacy policy — what we collect, what we never do with it, and who processes it.
  • Consumer health data — body measurements and cycle tracking, on their own terms.
  • Terms of service — the agreement, including the part about climbing being dangerous.
  • Pricing — what a subscription buys, and the long list of things that stay free.

Climb Kaizen is early beta software and we say so on purpose. If something is broken, telling us is the fastest way it gets fixed.
