Nothing anybody writes in Climb Kaizen is visible to anyone else. There are no posts, no comments, no feeds and no sharing between accounts. A climber's log is theirs alone. So there is nothing here you could have come across and be reporting — if you are, you have the wrong service.

That also means the usual way of pointing at something does not work. Most of what is stored here has no public address, so the question that matters is not what is the link but how could we find it. The form asks both.

If you use Climb Kaizen and something is broken, or you want to ask us something, go to support instead. This form is only for a report that something is against the law.

• We confirm we have it, straight away, if you gave us an address. The confirmation carries your reference and nothing else.
• A person reads it. No automated system decides anything here, and nothing is removed by a machine.
• We write again when we have decided, and we tell you what you can do if you think we got it wrong.
• If we restrict something, we tell the person we restricted it from — what we did, why, how long for, and what they can do about it.

We have no internal appeals process and no out-of-court dispute body, because neither is required of a service this shape. What you can do is write back and ask a person to look again, and you can take it to a court.

• If you use Climb Kaizen. Support is our point of contact for you, under Article 12. It has an email address and the way to reach us from inside the app, and a person answers either.
